Hymers College in Hull offers a great range of sports facilities for our kids camps, including the sports hall, swimming pool, refectory, junior hall, all-weather sports pitch and outdoor area’s (Ofsted No. EY397557).

Hymers College is a co-educational independent day school and offers a first class education. Results consistently show they are one of the highest achieving schools in the North. In the recently published Sunday Times Parent Power supplement, Hymers was ranked in the Top 100 schools in the country and described by The Hull Daily Mail as “One of the Best in the North of England” (HDM – November 2014). The school also places a lot of emphasis on sports for their pupils and their facilities, in 2014 the Independent Sport Magazine ranked Hymers as the 26th best sports school in the country.

The College stands in over 45 acres of beautiful grounds on the old Botanical Gardens, just 1 mile from the centre of Hull. The original building still forms the core of the school, with many other building being added over the years. The purchase of additional land allowed it to expand the games pitches and to build new tennis courts and a floodlit all-weather pitch. A magnificent replacement Junior School has been built, and a Sports Centre, which includes a sports hall and 25-metre swimming pool now provides an excellent environment for children on our school holiday activity camps.

The college prides itself on its first class buildings and facilities, including recent renovations to create new buildings and has ambitious plans for two new developments in the coming years.
