Stage 5: Final Steps

After submitting your final few documents you can now access your on-line travel portal!

You will need to login to RCL Crew Travel (enter your email and request a new password) where you will see your flights and hotel accommodation. There is also a phone app available for iOS and Android.

Below are instructions as to how to apply for a new password to enter the app, if this does not work please let us know and we will try and help or contact the SHRSS_support@RCCL.com for technical support.

If for any reason you do not have access to the RCL Crew Travel Website, please email CrewAssist@rccl.com. You can also phone them on 001-877-414-2739 which is a 24 hour service.

Royal also provide a website where you can find out all Human Resource and Company related information. Some examples include ship itineraries and details, brand standards etc., and you can also print your Sign On Employment Agreement (SOEA) Form. Please print this form to take with you.

Documents to take on board

The following documents are required to ensure you can board the ship:

Passport
Visa/Seaman’s Book (with original receipt for reimbursement)
Letter of Employment
Original Medical
STCW Training Certificate

Please note that you will not be able to board the ship without the original documents.
